I double clicked on the 2.4 icon and a coffee cup icon started bouncing on my dock and then it would disappear. It has a Licenses folder, a Readmes folder and a strange looking wide gray box at the bottom that has 2.4, two seagulls with a white arrow and plus sign going through them, and an application folder.
