I've loaded the updated template into Oracle, added font E-13B to 'Font Files', added the font to the only 'Font Mapping' that we have and ensured that 'FO Processing' under 'Configuration' in XML Publisher responsibility is indeed using our font mapping set. I've contacted Troy and they've provided me with E-13B TrueType font that I have working in Windows and have updated the check template with. I'm told I need font E-13B (rather than GnuMICR). Check printing requires MICR toner provided by HP partners such as Troy Group. My main issue now - I've corrected the others - is with the MICR font. Optional: Order custom signature and/or logo fonts for your checks. They currently accept checks generated on our old printer that have all the flaws they're telling me I need to correct before they can approve checks printed on the new printer. Working with our bank, I'm having a heck of a time to getting our checks using the new printer to fit their 'standards'.
